FAZDOCS CMA Documentation was authored by The Old Colony Planning Council as part of a FHWA/PL Contract through the Massachusetts Department of Public Works. The 30 page document is dated November 8, 1983. The Critical Movement Analysis (CMA) program is written in Applesoft Basic to run on an 48k Apple II Plus system. The intent of CMA is a procedure which allows for capacity and Level of Service determination for a two phase signalized intersection as described in Transportation Research Circular 212.
