FAZDOCS EZ-POSIT User Guide
FAZDOCS EZ-POSIT User Guide is an interactive, window-oriented program for traffic engineers. With a minimum amount of required input data, the program can produce an optimal signal setting, including cycle time and phasing pattern, that can minimize fuel consumption for a given intersection. The 10-page document by Hobih Chen and is dated 1984. EZ-POSIT program runs on an IBM-PC as is compiled in TurboPascal.
