FAZDOCS FREESIAP User's Manual The FREESIAP User's Manual is a brief document due primarily to the programs self-contained help prompts and error forgiving nature. The User's Manual describes the general operations of FREESIAP (Signalized Intersection Analysis Package) in the preparation of data for SIAP or SOAP and FREESIAP's dependence on the SIAPBASE.DAT database. The 7-page document is circa mid-1980's. FREESIAP runs on an IBM-PC.
